Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, packed
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (optional)
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding coconut water and fresh spinach to your blender. Blend until smooth and no leaf particles remain.
  • Add frozen banana, pineapple chunks, mango, and kiwi to the green base.
  • Include chia seeds, hemp hearts, ginger, and lime juice.
  • If using, add the protein powder now.
  • Top with ice cubes and blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • Prepare smoothie packs: Portion ingredients (except liquids) into freezer bags for up to 3 months.
  • Store blended smoothie: Keep in an airtight container for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Freeze in ice cube trays: Blend and freeze portions for up to 1 month.
