For the Honey Sriracha Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
- Cut into 1.5-inch uniform pieces.
- Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
2. Set Up Breading Station:
- Bowl 1: Combine eggs, milk, and soy sauce.
- Bowl 2: Mix panko, sesame seeds, and all seasonings.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Bread the Nuggets:
- Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture.
- Coat thoroughly in panko mixture.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Let rest for 5 minutes to set coating.
4. Air Fry:
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange nuggets in single layer, not touching.
- Spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook 6-7 minutes, flip, then 5-6 minutes more.
